It’s our birthday this week. More time will be spent with the family and close friends. Less time will be spent online, and letters will be shorter,

present,

because when you think about stories every day, and you think about drawing every day, there’s a little bit of frustration if your day go by and you don’t get to draw or write anything.

Don’t let the frustration accumulate.

Remind yourself how easy it is to express yourself.

It only take a shift of focus.

Stop being distracted by the outside world and focus on your inner world trying to find a way out.
